Pneumonia caused by certain bacteria -- namely, Legionella pneumophila, Mycoplasma pneumonia, and Chlamydia pneumonia. The symptoms of these pneumonias tend to be less severe compared to other bacteria pneumonias. When not requiring hospitalization, they are often referred to as walking pneumonias.
